Payment is due within 24 hours unless sending a cashiers check.
3. Guarantee
Please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt to arrange for a return. We will refund the purchase price, less shipping costs and a restocking fee of 5%.
The item must be shipped back to us fully insured.
In case of items damaged or lost during shipment, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the parcel, and we will provide you with information regarding filing a claim with USPS. Do not return damaged items before contacting us, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Be sure to keep all the original packaging, as well as all pieces of the damaged item. USPS will ask to examine the parcel when the claim is filed.
USPS requires a waiting period of 30 days from the date of mailing before filing a claim for lost items. If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable period of time after receiving our notice of shipment, please email us to report the problem. USPS may ask to review email correspondence between the buyer and seller to confirm details and verify the loss.
4. Shipping
We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS world-wide. We always combine shipping on multiples purchases. Each purchase is also fully insured.
